From Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP)
Shuttle bus
Shuttle to Milano Centrale station (about 50 minutes).
Train + Ferry
Train from Milano Centrale to Varenna/Esino (Milan/Lecco/Sondrio line, about 1 hour and 20 minutes). Afterwards, ferry from Varenna to Bellagio (about 20 minutes).
From Milan Linate Airport (LIN)
Shuttle bus
Shuttle to Milano Centrale station.
Train + Ferry
Train from Milano Centrale to Varenna/Esino (Milan/Lecco/Sondrio line, about 1 hour and 20 minutes). Afterwards, ferry from Varenna to Bellagio (about 20 minutes).
From Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY)
Train (Fastest option)
Shuttle bus to Bergamo station. Train to Lecco (about 45 minutes). Then train to Varenna/Esino (about 30 minutes) and finally ferry to Bellagio (about 20 minutes).

From Lecco, take the Lecco/Bellagio line bus (about 1 hour).
From Switzerland (by car)
From Chiasso/Como: Chiasso (34 km) -> Como -> Bellagio.
From Lugano: Lugano (29 km) -> Porlezza -> Menaggio -> Cadenabbia (ferry to Bellagio).
